The nursing home's kitchen is right across from the nurses's station at work. Most of the people who work in the kitchen are in their teens and early 20's. Which means they play their radio very loudly. Anyway as I was walking passed on my way back from dinner I heard JC on our local top 40 station. But it wasn't BMU. No, no, no. It was Bring it all to me. The song he did with BLAQUE where he sings about his thug appeal. I had no idea that song got play anywhere. I almost squeed.

Q-102 out of Philly plays it all. the. time! Not that I'm complaining, mind you, because I get a BIG kick out of JC and his hypothetical thug appeal.

It was weird hearing it. It's not like it's a new song either. It's been out for years. Apparently the guys get a real kick out of it too. He's said that he took a lot of grief from them over that one.

Just the phrase "JC's thug appeal" makes me chuckle.

They JUST played it. And now they're playing LILY. A half hour ago, they played CMAR. About an hour ago, BMU was on. It's the Sparkly Boy Hour!!!

Damn it!

How come my radio stations don't play JC? It's not fair. And I get other philly stations, but I never could get Q102.
