Why does Pepperidge Farm see fit to put all sorts of weird crunchy pieces of grain and nut-like substances into what would otherwise be a perfectly good loaf of bread?
I'm rather patial to Canadian White. It's slightly more dense than regular white bread, and is quite tastey. I don't like Pepperidge Farm bread. Their cookies are good though.
I like the Canadian white myself, but I'm trying to buy bread made with unprocessed flour. For some reason that seems to translate into "full of seeds".
