For the first time in my life I successfully traded pleasntries with someone. It was a guy who works in the kitchen (not the one I have a crush on, though this guy is pretty cute). It went something like this:

[Kitchen Guy]-Hi, Matt
Me-Hi, [Kitchen Guy]
KG-How're you doing?
Me-Good. You?
KG-Good.

I know it seems simple, but in the 26 years I've been alive I've never been able to have that conversation with anyone.

Don't feel bad, it took me until I was in my mid-20's before I could small-talk with someone new.
