Mira Furlan was on Lost!!! Holy Shit that made me happy. Also, hello big story arc episode. Will have to watch that one a few more times.

I wonder if Sayid will tell anyone about her when he comes back.

I would think he would have to, if only so someone doesn't accidentally kill her while they're out hunting.... He'll have to explain the signal at the very least.
