Fuck, I'm sore!! My whole back is a giant knot and my head hurts. I had some pain across by diaphragm but thankfully that seems to have faded. I had to catch a man from falling today, so I might maybe have pulled something, but the pain didn't really start until I left work so I'm thinking 95% of it is stress. I just can't wait until this survey is over and I have the day off and can just relax.
