It's so funny that you mentioned Ursula in your review, because when I first heard about the musical, it was on a show like ET, and they were showing the actors in wardrobe/makeup, and when I saw what they did to Ursula, I was so impressed I knew right then that I wanted to see it. I'll definitely have to check it out in NY.
