Good news

My deposition has been cancelled. Apparently the other party wants to settle. Fine by me. I'll probably still go to Philly though. I'm certainly not looking a day off in the mouth and I really do want to see Dan. It's been a long time. I'll have to call him later to let him know the change in plans.
