You *need* to DL Hollyoaks: In the City. His character is just about to come out and start shagging a boy. Plus we get him shirtless just about every other episode.

I actually read an interview with the guy in charge of the show who said that his favorite part of the job is that he can go down to the set any time he wants and tell Phil to take his shirt off and he will.
