Unfortunately, no - a limerick's structure is extremely strict: two lines of three metrical feet (usually as anapest trimeter), two lines of two metrical feet (usually anapest dimeter), and a final line of three metrical feet.

The lyrics of this song physically resemble the limerick form in length comparison, but they are not at all a limerick.
