So this whole collapsing multiverse thing? I'm thinking somehow it's going to result in the return of the Time Lords.

I wonder if the rift at the Medusa Cascade being sealed by The Doctor was, in hindsight, a HUGE mistake, because if he'd left it open they might have been able to win the Time War / escape the Time War / something else?
