You can totally catch up. The guy who posted the kiss to youtube has all their scenes up. They are still together, though they had a temporary break-up after Noah's father "died". They're back together now and have been particularly schmoopy recently. They haven't slept together yet which quite frankly, is getting ridiculous, but it will probably be soon. There was just a 'down the road' spoiler in one of the soap magazines that says their relationship will move to the next stage. So the fandom is hopeful.
I know. It really is laughable. It gets worse though. Luke is still a virgin. At least Noah has had sex with women. Though they weren't officially together when they had this kiss. I think it's another three weeks until their actual anniversary of being a couple.
