Trying very hard to lose weight. Was a bad boy all weekend. I blame the double shift, it messed up my whole eating/sleeping schedule. Just now getting back to normal. I tried to eat oatmeal for breakfast. It felt like eating snot. Every time I put a bite in my mouth the previous one tried to come back up. I figure eating shouldn't be that hard. I'll give it another chance tomorrow. Maybe it'll be better if I make it with less water. So now for lunch I'm eating pineapple yogurt, which isn't bad but it sure as hell isn't a balogna sandwich. Mom and Dad are having a barbecue today and they're bringing me grilled chicken for dinner. Have to go grocery shopping and find something to eat tonight that isn't too high cal, but won't leave me starving until bed time. See that's the problem with the 3-11 shift. It's way too conducive to the four meals a-day plan.

Did a half hour on the bike while I watched Run Lola Run. I'm feeling pretty good about that.

Work tried to call, but I have them programmed into the caller ID now so I was able to ignore them. They wanted me to stay until 3am, and they actually offered to let me leave early tomorrow. But by the time I called they had already convinced someone else to do it. Just as well. I mean, it would've been nice to leave at 7 tomorrow, but I think I'd rather leave at 11 tonight.

On the to do list for tomorrow:
Get up at a reasonable hour
Clean my damn house.

I really should make Karen vaccum the living room since she's the one who spilled the pop corn on the carpet. I have to clean my kitchen table. I also want to make room on my desk for the scanner.

Now I need to finish my yogurt and take a shower cuz I'm all sweaty from the bike.
