How many miles to Babylon? Three score and ten.

Ah, Celtic Classic how I love thee. Had a great time. I saw Megan and Shannon which was cool. Chris and Amy came up for the weekend. Chris is still here. We've been playing Jedi Starfighter all day. It's got this two player cooperative mode that just kicks ass. We're having trouble taking out the main reactor, but we figure we need to call it quits for tonight. Every time I close my eyes I see targeting solutions and tach. displays.

So anyway. Celtic Classic rocks the entire city of Bethlehem. We saw Clandestine who are just one the awesomest Celtic bands ever. I spent lots of money. I got shortbread. I got a ring. I got a great new pair of sunglasses. I got a nice throw and an amazing leatherbound journal. I think I'm actually going to use it too. I've got my LJ, but that's mostly for fandom and bitching about work. I think I'm actually going to put my thoughts in it. It should be interesting.

Though the best part of Celtic Classic was, as always, hot guys in kilts. One of these days and I'm going to have to take a camera with me. And speaking of kilts: I finally broke down and got one. But not just any kilt. I got a Utilikilt. And I look damn good in it if I do say so myself. Just my luck I find a fashion that makes me look good and it went out of style 400 years ago. Oh well. I can wear it to cons and stuff. And some time I'll wear to the mall or something just for fun.

I really do look damn good in it.
