Coolness!

I just went to pay my cell phone bill and found a $1.20 credit to my account. How I overpaid, I don't know, but between that and the $6.98 I got back from work because they were withholding incorrectly, I'm ahead of the game this month.

So, I did some cleaning today. My bedroom, the kitchen, living room, blah blah blah. In the process I've discovered that my copy of Tapestry is missing. Eventually, I will buy a replacement, but for now I'm just going to recreate it through the magic of WinMX. Except for Smackwater Jack which I never particularly cared for. If I burn it onto a CD, I'll probably replace it with Child of Mine and I'll throw One Fine Day on there for good measure.

So, someone on my friends list just screwed someone in the back of a Volkswagon. I must admit to being a bit jealous.

Eileen Ivers is going to be at Celtic Classic this year. And she's performing on Saturday, so I'll be able to see her even if I don't get the Friday off. Woo!

Must go to Linens and Things to get a new pillow. Must go to mom's and bring her sugar-free toffee syrup for her coffee because she used all her's. Want to go the Target and Circuit City to comparison shop electronics. May also hit Wal-Mart and Sam's as well.

Can't do any of those things until I take a shower, which I can't do until my towels and bath mat come out of the dryer.

Should've thought about this before I decided to clean the bathroom.

The shopping trip was fruitful. I got my pillows at Linens and Things. I also got a butterfly chair which will be good for long video game sessions (since the couch is kind of uncomfortable to sit on for 12 hours at a time. It'll make a nice extra chair for when we have more than one guest too. I found The Truth About Cats and Dogs on the discount rack at Target. In the Wal-Mart discount DVD bin I found the Lifetime movie Fifteen and Pregnant which will make a great gift for my sister. My best purchase however was a floor lamp with a lava lamp built into it. It's beautiful. All silver plastic and the lava isn't wax, it's some kind of blue jelly with sparkly things floating in it. I'm incredibly pleased with it. It's so kitchy(sp?). I love it. I also got a Two Towers puzzle and a DVD of the Dixie Chicks' NBC special.
