What fandom did you get into that you were absolivity and posiloutly sure, you were never going to get into, but you did.

Definitely *NSYNC

What made you think you would never get into it? What tipped you into it?

I had a lot of preconceived notions about the band that turned out not to be true. Also, I found Justin Timberlake's voice irritating. What got me into it was caorann and shinetheway spending an afternoon just summarizing fics they had read and I thought to myself "hey, those sound like good stories, and it's not like you'll actually have to listen to the music" Turns out the music grew on me.

Did you start to write/vid/archive/dub/(fill in fannish creative activity) in that fandom? Do you still?

Not right away. I wrote a little, and have some WiPs I haven't posted that may or may not ever get finished. I dub for people if I have what they're looking for.

Have you ever pimped someone into a fandom without trying? Which fandom, and what did it?

I got caorann into Everwood just by watching it when she was home. Otherwise, all my pimps have been intentional (sorry, Nat).

Do you have a fandom where you do not read the fic? Why not?

If I don't read the fic, I don't really consider myself 'in the fandom'. It's just a show I like. There are several shows I could speak about quite expertly, but generally fanfic is the gateway into a fandom for me.
