I actually managed to get a lot done today. I did dishes. I was going to ride The Bike of DOOM in the morning, but the batteries for the control console died. As I had intended to go to Sam's Club today anyway, I added them to my shopping list. I did my banking, went to Sam's Club, the dollar store (where I scored LotR valentines), GNC, CVS, and the grocery store. I only forgot one thing, and will be going back for Tide shortly. During all of my driving around I listened to Why Not Me? by Al Franken (a gift from ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
starbuck3614). Very funny. Finally got around to riding The Bike of DOOM. When I get back from the store, I will do some laundry and the dishes, and later on tonight I'm making shrimp scampi. Now that I think about it, it would've been nice to have a nice white wine to go with it, but alas it is not to be as I do not feel like driving to New Jersey tonight.
Just finished watching the extended edition of Fellowship of the Ring and will probably do the same for The Two Towers amidst everything else I'm doing tonight.
