So everyone on my friends list is going on record with their picks for President, so I figure I might as well too.
One thing I've learned is that I skew a bit further to the right than most of the people on my friends list. Everyone I know seems to be pulling for Edwards. My opinion of Edwards is that he's a either a big phony, or he really is that naive. Either way, it's not something I want in my next president. I can't imagine a scenario in which I would ever vote for him. I gave him a pass four years ago, I won't be doing it again.
I really liked Chris Dodd and am disappointed he never got any traction. Of the viable candidates I prefer Clinton to Obama, though honestly that's more of a 'devil you know' thing. I could live with McCain or Huckabee if a Republican wins, but I can't imagine casting my vote for either of them.
