I am a horrible friend

caorann is graduating from college today. She worked her ass off for two years to get her accounting degree and I'm very proud of her. She told me weeks ago that she was graduating today. And I forgot all about it. I didn't take the day off from work today. As of Thursday there was a pretty good chance I could leave work early, but things change quickly. We had two admissions and someone scheduled for a 14 hour shift called out. I actually had to call people in today just to make hours.

In short, I suck.
