The owner of the site I found it on posits that they lost a bet with the Backstreet Boys. But look. JC's got long hair. Justin's bald. This wasn't even that long ago. Pop Odyssey probably, so like a year ago max. We can't even blame this one on Lou.
Joey's got the stripe-y hair and Lance's is dark, so we can narrow it down even further--it has to be during the filming of On the Line, so I'd say March or April 2001. Damn, that's a frightening picture.
