State survey proceeds apace. The med pass could've gone better. Fortunately, I wasn't involved in that aspect. There were some problems with the kitchen, but they were all little things that will be fixed by the time the surveyors exit. Tomorrow will be the bad day. They'll be looking at charts and watching the CNA's really closely. Usually they're all over psychoactive meds and they're all about dose reduction. It's annoying because really most of our people on psych drugs need more, not less. It was supposed to be my day off, but I'm going in at 9 in the morning since it will provide them with some continuity since I'm the one they've been dealing with at the desk for the last two days. The really sucky thing is that I'm working the weekend too. I've been told I have my bosses' gratitude. That gratitude had better manifest itself in the form of a day off is all I'm saying.
