But in New Jersey they don't stop at the end of the merge lane before getting onto the highway. They don't stop on the on ramp when there are no cars coming either.
because in many parts of the state the on-ramps became off-ramps some three feet later. lol. (I grew up in Hershey - locals who can't merge and tourists who are lost, always a great combination).
