I've been having a lot of trouble keeping to my diet. I don't know why. I'm just feeling really unmotivated lately. Maybe it's the weather. It's been gray and gloomy and cold for a while now. Maybe it's the money stress. This weekend is supposed to be nice. Maybe I'll go out and get some sun. Get a little exercise and start fresh this week.

The world is sunshiny for me right now (and the weather is obliging), so I too will hop back on the diet wagon. Just 5 more pounds and I will reach my second goal.
