Back from Escapade. Very tired. Want to watch House but the disc I got is full of AVIs and my computer will only play the sound. Anyone know where I can get some illicit copies? And don't say bittorents because for some reason that never works for me either. I'm talking DVD's here. I know they exist. I saw them at the con.

can't help with dvds, but if your computer only plays audio, it means you need a video codec. try to open it with windows media player, then right click on the screen and pick properties. it'll tell you what codec was used to process the file. It's probably either divx or xvid; just google for a free download, and you should be good to go.
