Just got back from RENT! It was amazing. I went in full of cautious optimism, hoping to enjoy it, but ready to be heartbroken. It was so much better than I ever hoped it would be. Chris Columbus, you done good.
I don't think I realized just how much I needed it to be good until I actually sat down in the movie theater and started watching it. Up until that point I was like "I hope it doesn't suck." but when the movie started playing I was sure I'd be heartbroken if it was bad. But it wasn't, and I'm happy! Also they showed a trailer for The Producers which looks hilarious.
Again, I am so glad YOU liked it. They made a few changes but I liked them... But then, as much as I love the show, I don't think it is as important to me as some others. But so far, from what I am hearing, the Rentheads all like it!
