In order to view the X-Men 3 teaser I had to download the new version of quicktime. That's not the evil part though. The evil part is that the new version of quicktime comes bundled with the iTunes software. Now, iTunes is very clever in that once you have the software, they're more than willing to let you browse what they have to offer and listen to samples even if you haven't signed up for the service. It's like when drug dealers hand out crack for free to get you hooked and then start charging once they've got you. Evil!

iTunes is evil...last night alone I downloaded the new The Producers:The Movie (Soundtrack) for $9.99, and got two episodes of the new Battlestar Galactica for $1.99 per episode....evil I say. ;)

I dl'd and installed the bundle, then immediately uninstalled iTunes. Mac is getting as evil as MS these days.
