birthday dinner

Since I'm planning a rather busy long weekend, my parents and sister took me out for my birthday dinner tonight. They also gave me my gifts. My parents got me an absolutely awesome new Toshiba laptop. I love it! Sure, it runs Vista, but what can you do? But it's so much lighter than my old one (which has been dying a slow death for the last several months). It's larger than the old one too, both in terms of actual physical size and available memory. It has a pretty, wide screen and oh, I'm just in love. I'm currently in the process of moving my porn important files from the old laptop to this one. It's a slow process. Oh well. It'll give me something to do while I wait for lanchid and natlyn to arrive.
