I just bought myself two tickets for the New York City Center Encores production of Applause! Dude! Christine freakin' Ebersole as Margo freakin' Channing!! It's rear mezz and I don't even care because I'm gonna get to hear Christine freakin' Ebersole sing 'But Alive'!! I may just explode from sheer homosexual delight.
The second ticket is up for grabs if anyone wants to go with me. Feb. 9 at 2pm.

My love for Lauren Bacall in this role is second to none, but dude, she really couldn't sing.

Too bad you can't come. I'd really love to meet you some day. I'm working the following weekend, but I may be pretty close to convincing my grandmother to give me her tickets to Sunday in the Park with George for the weekend after that.
