While I feel bad for my friends who are still into the show, I find I can't muster up too much sadness over it. The show was never able to live up to its potential and quite frankly , it's already gone on for two years longer than it ever should have.

I just don't get why people are so passionate about this show. It's so mediocre. I just can't imagine caring about any of it.

Well, I've watched worse shows than SGA for a slash pairing so I can't really judge. But it did have a lot of potential in the early years, it just failed to meet it and I couldn't take it anymore.
