Yes, I am running vista. What sort of things have you heard? The only thing I've noticed so far is the two window operation and that it slows stuff down a lot while it's open.
worst case scenario was a BSOD (blue screen of death) but Apple seems to have fixed it with a new update. BUT you need to uninstall itunes 8 first and reinstall it to your computer
Seems like all the problems have to do with device interface, and I don't actually use itunes for that. Plus I just downloaded it last night, so I may even have gotten the vista-friendly version. I don't know. I think the new version might just suck.
