You have these situations when you work in the same town you went to high school.

So, about once a month some students from the local high school come to the nursing home to visit with our residents. A teacher always comes with them, and I've thought he looked familiar for months. I finally figured out who he is. Turns out I went to high school with him. I noticed today that he wears a wedding ring. I wonder if he still has sex with men in public restrooms, or if that was just a phase.

you could "long time no see" him and then ask the kids if the bathrooms are any better. Though that would probably be wrong and bad.
