So apparently my phone number is similar to a doctor's office. Every so often I get these long messages about people's health problems. From what I can surmise it's some sort of orthopedic group since one message I got was about somebody's knee and the one today was about blood donation in preparation for a bilateral hip replacement. The lady who called today left a number and I tried to call it back since what she was talking about sounded important, but it turns out it's a fax machine. So screw her.

Actually screw anyone who thinks that this is the answering machine of a doctor's office. If that was my doctor's voice mail message I'd switch doctors as soon as I finished laughing. I mean, I know it doesn't have my name on it, or anything saying who you might have reached. But don't you think that should be THEIR FIRST FUCKING CLUE that they dialed the wrong number? If you called a place of business and heard this, wouldn't it give you pause? Wouldn't you take a moment to consider that you might have dialled incorrectly?
